1. Your Content
You keep ownership of your photos and exports. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to edit, publish, or share them.
2. Output Review
Automatic background removal can make mistakes. Review refined edges and final exports before publication, sale, or printing.
3. Local Projects
CUTROOM is not a cloud backup service. Keep independent copies of important source images and exports.
4. Pro Forever Purchase
- CUTROOM Pro is an optional one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. It does not expire or renew automatically.
- Payment, refunds, family sharing, purchase history, and restoration are governed by the app store and account used for the purchase.
- Use Restore Purchase in CUTROOM when reinstalling on a device using that store account.
5. Acceptable Use
Do not use CUTROOM to violate applicable law, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, or app-store rules.
6. Availability
CUTROOM is provided as available. Device support and features may change as the product improves. To the extent permitted by law, RiekApps is not responsible for indirect losses resulting from use of the app.
