CUTROOM – Privacy Policy

1. On-Device Processing

Background removal, refinement, styling, and export happen on your device. CUTROOM does not upload your photos to a CUTROOM-operated server.

2. Data Collection

• CUTROOM does not require an account, and RiekApps does not operate product analytics or advertising trackers in the app.
• CUTROOM does not sell personal data.
• On Android, Google ML Kit may send Google limited operational metrics, including app and device information, performance, API configuration, feature events, error codes, input/output sizes, and device or per-installation identifiers. Google describes these metrics as being used for diagnostics and usage analytics, encrypted in transit, and not shared with third parties.

3. Local Storage

• Projects, cutouts, backgrounds, Looks, onboarding state, preferences, free allowance, and cached Pro status are stored in the app's private storage on your device.
• Deleting the app may delete this local data. A Pro purchase can be restored through the app store.
• Photos are added to your system photo library only when you request an export.

4. Platform Services

• CUTROOM uses system photo pickers, camera controls, gallery saving, share sheets, and Apple or Google store billing when you choose those actions.
• Apple and Google process optional Pro purchases under their own privacy policies.
• On Android, Google Play services may download the ML Kit subject-segmentation model. ML Kit processes input photos and output masks on-device and does not send that photo content to Google.
• Apple devices use Apple Vision for foreground masking.

5. Children

CUTROOM is a general-audience creative utility and is not directed to children.

6. Changes

If CUTROOM later adds accounts, RiekApps analytics, cloud processing, crash reporting, or advertising, this policy and the store privacy declarations will be updated before release.
